Our website is intended only for use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By using our Site, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from creating an account and/or making any Reservations.

If you wish to make a reservation through our Site (“Reservation”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Reservation including, without limitation, your real name, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your country of residence.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Reservation; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Reservations. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

All reservations are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that apartments are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your reservation at any time for reasons including but not limited to: apartment availability, your payment is not authorized, errors in the description or price of the apartment, error in your reservation or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your reservation if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by any means provided in our Contact page https://nyxapartments.gr/contact/ within 1 hour from the completion of your reservation. We will reach out and you will be reimbursed if you have already made a payment.

All electronic payments are being performed securely by using PayPal. You can always find more details regarding PayPal at https://www.paypal.com.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

You will be reimbursed with the full amount of your reservation excluding any payment processing charges. The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received by us in the initial payment within 14 days from the day we received the cancellation of your reservation. If you choose to receive your refund in another way than that of the original charge, you will be responsible for any extra fees that may arise by that choice.

By making a Reservation on our Site, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at [email protected].
